摘 要:针对磨削加工的刃口锋利度较差这一难题,开展了电解磨削复合加工技术的研究。以球形刃口手术刀为研究对象,基于有限元仿真建立了加工间隙电场分布模型,提出了刃口去毛刺工艺方案并开展手术刀刃口电解磨削加工试验。结果表明,当设定加工电压18 V、占空比50%、越程量0.02 mm的条件时,能够实现电化学作用与机械磨削作用之间的平衡,从而保证刃口锋利度的同时避免出现毛刺,显著提高刃口的加工质量。To address the problem of insufficient edge sharpness in conventional grinding processes,the electrochemical grinding composite machining technology was investigated.Taking the spherical-edged surgical blade as the research object,a finite element simulation was used to establish a model of the electric field distribution in the machining gap,a deburring machining scheme for the blade edge was proposed,and electrochemical grinding experiments were carried out on the surgical blade edge.The result demonstrated that when the processing voltage was set at 18 V,the duty cycle at 50%and the feed rate at 0.02 mm,a balance between electrochemical dissolution and mechanical grinding was achieved,which ensures the maintenance of edge sharpness while effectively preventing burr formation and improving the processing quality of the cutting edge.
