纵连板式无砟轨道温度力释放关键参数研究

摘  要:针对纵连板式无砟轨道在宽窄接缝位置出现的离缝上拱问题,提出一种基于弹性垫层的温度力释放方案,建立无砟轨道精细化分析模型,对比分析设置弹性垫层前后的轨道结构受力变形特性,以确定弹性垫层关键参数指标,并开展线下工艺试验验证方案可行性。研究结果表明,宽窄接缝单双侧设置弹性垫层轨道结构均满足强度要求,两者变形相差较小。相较于单侧设置,双侧设置的宽窄接缝受力最大减小44.7%,更能改善轨道结构受力。随着弹性垫层厚度的增加,钢轨、轨道板受力变形整体呈逐渐减小趋势;当厚度由6 mm增加至8 mm时,受力变形变化幅度一定程度减小,建议弹性垫层厚度取6~8 mm。相邻两弹性垫层设置间隔越长,轨道板和宽窄接缝受力越大,建议1个节段1~2块轨道板长度设置弹性垫层。设置弹性垫层的CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道结构应力最大减小50.6%,弹性垫层可有效释放部分温度力,改善轨道结构受力。线下工艺试验表明,宽窄接缝设置弹性垫层施工工艺、时间满足天窗作业要求和高速行车要求。In view of the arched separation at wide and narrow joints of longitudinally coupled slab ballastless track,this paper proposes a temperature stress release scheme based on elastic pads,and establishes a fine analysis model for ballastless track to comparatively analyze stress deformation characteristics of track structure before and after setting elastic pad,so as to determine the key parameter indicators of elastic pad and verify the feasibility of the scheme by offline process tests.The study results indicate that the track structures with singlesided setting and dual-sided setting of elastic pads at wide and narrow joints meet the strength requirements,and the deformation difference between the two is small.Compared with single-sided setting,the dual-sided setting of elastic pads at wide and narrow joints has a maximum stress reduction of 44.7%,which can better improve the stress of track structure.With the increase of elastic pad thickness,the overall stress deformation of rail and track slab gradually decreases.When the thickness is increased from 6 mm to 8 mm,the deformation amplitude decreases to some extent.It is recommended that the elastic pad thickness should be 6~8 mm.The longer the setting interval between two adjacent elastic pads,the greater the stress on track slabs and wide and narrow joints.It is recommended to set elastic pads with a length of 1~2 track slabs in one segment.The stress of CRTSⅡslab ballastless track structure with elastic pads is reduced by 50.6%to the maximum extent,and the elastic pads can effectively release some temperature stress and improve the stress of the track structure.Offline process tests indicate that the construction process and time of setting elastic pads at wide and narrow joints meet the requirements for window operation and high-speed train operation.
