摘 要:铁路时间同步网是铁路通信网的重要组成部分,为铁路各系统提供统一的标准时间量值,通过对其进行实时监测,可及时发现潜在问题,减少运行风险。为进一步提升铁路时间同步网监测能力,解决无法准确获取时间节点相对于协调世界时(UTC)的可信时间偏差问题,针对网络时间协议(NTP)服务器的可溯源高精度监测技术开展研究,对监测过程中的影响要素进行分析,研制可溯源监测装置TLab-NM-001,构建能够获取NTP服务器相对于UTC时间偏差的监测系统,搭建验证平台对该监测方法的有效性进行验证。结果表明,该方法时差监测结果优于10μs,远高于现行标准所提性能指标,且监测不确定度优于25μs。研究成果可有效提升铁路时间同步网的监测能力,为增强铁路系统的可靠性与高效性提供技术支撑。The railway time synchronization network is an important component of the railway communication network,providing a unified standard time value for various railway systems.By conducting real-time monitoring of this network,potential issues can be promptly detected,thereby reducing operational risks.This paper aims to further enhance the monitoring capabilities of the railway time synchronization network and address the issue of accurately obtaining trustworthy time deviations of time nodes relative to Universal Time Coordinated(UTC).The study of the traceable high-precision monitoring technology for Network Time Protocol(NTP)servers was carried out to analyze the influential factors during the monitoring process and develop the traceable monitoring device TLab-NM-001.A monitoring system was constructed to obtain the time deviation of the NTP server relative to UTC,and a validation platform was established to verify the effectiveness of this monitoring method.The results indicate that the performance of this method in time difference monitoring is better than 10,significantly surpassing the performance indicators set by the current standards,and the monitoring uncertainty is better than 25.The findings can effectively enhance the monitoring capabilities of the railway time synchronization network,providing technical support for improving the reliability and efficiency of railway systems.
