摘  要:针对铁路无线通信系统基站或直放站设备状态异常导致相邻信号的杂散辐射易落入列车接收频段内造成干扰的问题,提出基于结合噪声完备集合经验模态分解(CEEMDAN)和短窗能量检测(EDSW)的杂散干扰自动识别方法。基于图像中信号频谱密度及频率-功率特性,提取动态检测实时频谱数据中密度脊线和信号频谱包络等特征曲线。通过CEEMDAN对特征曲线进行模态分解,提取多阶固有模态函数(IMFs),基于部分IMFs和残差重构频谱包络。利用EDSW识别重构频谱包络中有效信号,基于稳健回归判别杂散干扰,并得到其来源信号信息。结果表明,提出的CEEMDAN-EDSW方法可自动识别铁路专用无线网频段范围内的杂散干扰,并可以准确判断干扰来源信号频率及其GSM信道类型,为定位现场工作状态异常的通信设备提供有效支持。To address the issue of spurious radiation from adjacent signals entering the train receiving frequency band due to the abnormal status of base stations or repeaters in railway wireless communication systems,this paper proposes an automatic identification method for spurious emission interference based on the combination of Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise(CEEMDAN)and Energy Detection based on Short Windows(EDSW).Based on the signal spectral density and frequency-power characteristics in the image,features such as the density ridge lines and signal spectral envelope curves are extracted from the dynamically detected real-time spectrum data.Using CEEMDAN for modal decomposition of the feature curves,multiple-order intrinsic mode functions(IMFs)are extracted.The spectral envelope is then reconstructed based on certain IMFs and the residual.Utilizing EDSW to identify valid signals within the reconstructed spectral envelope,robust regression is employed to differentiate spurious emission interference and obtain information about its source signals.The results indicate that the proposed CEEMDAN-EDSW method can automatically identify spurious emission interference within the frequency band of dedicated railway wireless networks.Additionally,it accurately determines the frequency of the interfering source signals and their GSM channel types,providing effective support for locating communication equipment with abnormal working status on site.
