摘  要:在铁路线路环境随机多变,并严重威胁铁路运营秩序和运输安全的背景下,我国已建设多类安全技防系统,但各系统相对独立,存在信息不共享、警报不协同、车地不联动、功能发挥不充分等问题。因此针对线路安全环境管控平台、列车超视距应用系统以及周界入侵报警等技防系统,开展集成应用方案设计,研究提出集成应用的总体架构、逻辑架构、功能设计以及集成报警处理方法,实现报警信息跨系统流动共享、报警处置车地协同联动。在国家铁道试验中心进行了试验验证,结果表明,集成应用方案设计可行有效,可进一步提高铁路线路环境安全保障能力,推动铁路外部环境安全由被动响应向主动感知、由事后处置向事前防范转变。In the context of the railway line environment being randomly variable and posing significant threats to railway operational order and transportation safety,various safety technical protection systems have been established in China.However,these systems operate relatively isolatedly and face issues such as lack of information sharing,non-coordinated alerts,inadequate train-ground linkage,and underutilized functionality.Therefore,in response to technical protection systems such as the safety environment control platform for railway lines,train beyond-line-of-sight application systems,and perimeter intrusion alarm systems,this paper introduces the design of an integrated application scheme as well as studies and proposes the overall architecture,logical architecture,functional design,and integrated alarm processing methods,so as to achieve cross-system flow sharing of alarm information and coordinated train-ground response to alarms.Through test verification at the National Railway Track Test Center,the results indicate that the integrated application scheme design is feasible and effective.It can further enhance the environmental safety assurance capabilities of railway lines,promoting the transformation of external railway environment safety from passive response to proactive sensing,and from post-incident handling to proactive prevention.
