摘  要:电控发动机在高速运行过程因异常信号干扰导致突然熄火,对发动机本体、整车作业装置、驾驶员安全等均会产生严重的影响及后果。通过对某厂家大型收获机械在高速作业过程突然熄火问题进行参数采集、分析,对比、研究不同熄火方式下的参数表现,最终定位为急停开关误触是本次高速作业过程突然熄火的主要原因。对电控发动机熄火控制逻辑进行深入研究,从发动机控制策略角度提出一种开关防误触技术,有效避免因开关误触导致的高速熄火风险。为解决因信号干扰、开关质量等导致的异常熄火问题提供重要的理论依据和工程参考。The sudden shutdown of electronically controlled engines during high-speed operation caused by abnormal signal interference can have severe impacts and consequences on the engine itself,the entire vehicle′s working equipment,and driver safety.By collecting and analyzing parameters from a sudden shutdown issue that occurred during high-speed operation of large harvesting machinery from a specific manufacturer,and by comparing and analyzing the parameter performance under different shutdown scenarios,it was ultimately determined that the misoperation of the emergency stop switch was the main cause of the sudden shutdown during high-speed operation.Through in-depth research on the shutdown control logic of electronically controlled engines,an anti-misoperation technology for switches was proposed from the perspective of engine control strategies,effectively mitigating the risk of high-speed shutdowns caused by switch misoperations.The research provides important theoretical foundations and engineering references for addressing abnormal shutdown issues caused by signal interference,switch quality,and other factors.
