摘 要:驱动桥是汽车传动系统的核心部件之一,其振动和噪声直接影响整车舒适性。为提高汽车舒适性,研究了驱动桥噪声技术的发展现状及趋势,主要针对驱动桥壳振动噪声、齿轮引起的噪声、驱动桥间隙噪声进行详细分析,总结现有技术的局限性,并指出相应改善措施。目前,驱动桥噪声的主要激励源依旧是锥齿轮副,同时优化轴承预紧力及轴承游隙是减振降噪的有效手段之一。未来驱动桥噪声技术将更注重高精度、低噪声、智能化,为驱动桥噪声的进一步研究提供参考。The drive axle is one of the core components of the vehicle transmission system,and its vibration and noise directly affect the comfort of the vehicle.In order to improve the comfort of automobile,the development status and trend of drive axle noise technology were studied.The vibration noise of drive axle housing,noise caused by gear and clearance noise of drive axle were analyzed in detail.The limitation of existing technology was summarized and the corresponding improvement measures were pointed out.At present,the main excitation source of drive axle noise was still the bevel gear pair.Meanwhile,optimizing the bearing preload and bearing clearance was one of the effective means to reduce vibration and noise.In the future,the noise technology of drive axle will pay more attention to high precision,low noise and intelligence,providing reference for further study of drive axle noise.
