摘 要:针对某商用车空调压缩机支架断裂失效问题,基于有限元分析方法对空调压缩机支架进行强度、刚度与频率响应分析,对比标杆件性能,原结构整体性能弱于标杆件,快速识别出空调压缩机支架失效原因。通过进行结构优化与尺寸优化,对失效空调压缩机支架进行改进。通过可靠性道路试验验证,表明新结构性能满足要求,实现质量问题的快速处理。Aiming at the failure of air conditioning compressor brackets in the commercial vehicle,the finite element analysis software was used to analyze the strength,stiffness and frequency response,and the failure model was compared with the benchmark car,the overall performance of the original structure was weaker than that of the benchmarking parts,and the causes of failure of the air conditioning compressor support were quickly identified.According to the performance of the benchmarks,to improve the performance the reliability road test shows that the performance of the new structure meets the requirements and the quality problem can be solved quickly.
