摘　　要：针对煤矿、港口、矿山等火车厢使用场景中火车车厢残留物人工清扫效率低、劳动强度大、安全风险高等问题,设计了一款桁架式火车厢清扫设备,采用桁架式主体架构,这种结构不仅赋予设备出色的稳定性和强大的承载能力,还能有效减轻自身重量,便于安装和移动。竖直方向的提升装置运用了两侧安装齿条的设计,借助齿轮齿条传动结构简单、轻便易装拆以及传动平稳的优势,确保提升动作精准且高效;行走装置配备了4个高性能的驱动电机,可在行走轨道上实现快速、灵活的往复运动,精准定位到车厢的各个清扫位置。结果表明,桁架式火车厢清扫设备在作业过程中稳定可靠,上下运动速度可达0.6 m/s,能够满足装车楼等场景下火车厢装车前清扫作业需求。A truss type train car cleaning equipment has been designed and developed to address the low efficiency,high labor intensity,and high safety risks of manual cleaning of train car residues in scenarios such as coal mines,ports,and mines.A truss type main structure was adopted,which not only endowed the equipment with excellent stability and strong load-bearing capacity,but also effectively reduced its own weight,making it easy to install and move.The vertical lifting mechanism utilized a design with racks installed on both sides,leveraging the advantages of the gear and rack transmission system,which was simple,lightweight,easy to assemble and disassemble,and provided smooth transmission,ensuring precise and efficient lifting movements.The traveling mechanism was equipped with four high-performance drive motors,enabling rapid and flexible reciprocating motion on the travel tracks,allowing for accurate positioning at various cleaning locations on the carriage.The analysis results showed that the truss type train car cleaning equipment was stable and reliable during operation,with a vertical movement speed of up to 0.6 m/s,which could meet the cleaning rhythm of train cars before loading in scenarios such as loading buildings.
