摘 要:当下水泵行业研发、生产与维护环节挑战重重,测试数据处理效率低、分析精准度差的问题突出,制约产品优化、推高成本。为此,深入探究水泵测试数据处理与分析方法,涵盖数据采集与误差分析、传统及现代数据分析技术,重视数据可视化助力结果解读,紧跟标准化与自动化潮流,旨在为水泵测试领域的发展提供理论支撑与实践指导。研究表明,精准高效处理分析数据对水泵各环节意义重大,大数据与人工智能正深度融入成为创新驱动力。此外,跨学科融合不足,复杂工况下数据处理模型适应性弱等问题成为制约行业发展的瓶颈,未来构建智能集成化平台、实现全流程实时精准调控势在必行。At present,the R&D,production,and maintenance processes in the water pump industry face numerous challenges.The issues of low efficiency in test data processing and poor accuracy in data analysis are particularly prominent,which not only restrict product optimization but also drive up costs.To this end,in-depth exploration of data processing and analysis methods for water pump testing,covering data collection and error analysis,traditional and modern data analysis techniques,emphasizing data visualization to assist in result interpretation,keeping up with the trend of standardization and automation,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of the water pump testing field.Research has shown that precise and efficient processing and analysis of data was of great significance to various aspects of water pumps,and big data and artificial intelligence are deeply integrated as innovation drivers.In addition,the lack of interdisciplinary integration and weak adaptability of data processing models under complex working conditions have become bottlenecks restricting the development of the industry.It is imperative to build an intelligent integrated platform and achieve real-time and precise control of the entire process in the future.
