摘 要:高通量测序技术的发展加速了关键作物(如水稻、玉米、大豆和棉花)的全基因组测序,并推动了基因组与表型数据的综合分析。目前科研关注点在于基因型-表现型关联解析,而现有基因组数据库在数据整合和多平台兼容性上仍显不足,制约了其对基因组选择和作物遗传改良的支持作用。因此,简要概述了国内外农作物基因组数据库的现状,重点分析了数据库建设中的关键工具以及应用,并对未来数据库的发展方向和存在的问题进行了展望。认为应加速多作物基因组数据库的建设,推动信息共享平台的建立,提升数据精确度,推进精准育种。The development of high-throughput sequencing technology has accelerated the whole genome sequencing of key crops such as rice,corn,soybeans,and cotton,and promoted the comprehensive analysis of genome and phenotype data.At present,the focus of scientific research was on genotype phenotype association analysis,but existing genome databases still lack data integration and multi platform compatibility,which restricts their support for genome selection and crop genetic improvement.A brief overview of the current status of crop genome databases at home and abroad was provided,with a focus on analyzing the key tools and applications in database construction.And prospects for the future development direction and existing problems of databases were discussed.It was believed that the construction of multi crop genome databases should be accelerated,the establishment of information sharing platforms should be promoted,data accuracy should be improved,and precision breeding should be promoted.
