摘  要:基于AMESim仿真平台建立了高压共轨喷油器的数值模型,通过调整喷油器关键零部件参数,研究其对流量动态特性的影响,并进行敏感度分析。结果表明,喷孔直径、进油孔大小、针阀升程的变化对喷油流量的影响较大。喷油流量在电磁阀不同通电时长下,主要影响因素不同:在通电时长未使喷油器压力室完全打开时,进油孔大小为喷油流量主要影响因素;在喷油器压力室完全打开、喷油器喷油处于稳定工况时,喷孔大小、针阀升程为主要影响因素。A numerical model of a high-pressure common rail injector was established based on the AMESim simulation platform.By adjusting the parameters of key components of the injector,its influence on dynamic flow characteristics was studied,and sensitivity analysis was performed.The experimental results show that the diameter of the injector orifice,the size of the oil supply hole,and the lift of the needle valve have a significant impact on the injector flow.The main influencing factors of the injector flow are different under different energizing durations of the solenoid valve:When the injector's pressure chamber is not fully opened during energizing duration,the size of the oil supply hole is the main influencing factor of the injector flow;when the injector's pressure chamber is fully opened,and the injector is in stable condition,the size of the injector hole and the lift of the needle valve are the main influencing factors.
