中国石化“十四五”油气勘探理论技术进展、挑战与发展方向

摘　　要：“十四五”以来,面对资源基础相对薄弱、勘探对象日趋复杂等挑战,中国石化坚定油气能源保障主业,聚焦拓资源、增储量、扩矿权,加大油气资源拓展和增储力度,取得了多项战略性突破发现和理论技术创新。发展超深层海相断控缝洞型油气成藏理论,发现十亿吨级顺北油气田;攻关陆相断陷盆地页岩油勘探理论与技术体系,推动页岩油持续重大突破;完善海相页岩气“二元富集”理论认识,四川盆地多层系页岩气勘探实现跨越式发展;攻关致密碎屑岩成储成藏理论,培育多个规模效益增储阵地;攻关煤层气赋存与富集机理,深层煤层气取得战略性突破;北部湾盆地等海域新区勘探实现重大突破。展望未来,中国石化面对矿业权缩减、“两深一非”勘探理论技术革新、效益勘探难度大三大发展挑战,同时需要把握国家能源安全保障、中国页岩油气革命、绿色低碳转型、数字化智能化升级四大历史发展机遇。中国石化将以五大工程为发展重点,以“深地工程”引领中西部深层—超深层勘探大突破,以“页岩油示范工程”引领成熟探区资源战略转型快接替,以“页岩气示范工程”引领非常规天然气跨越式发展,以“致密油气增储工程”引领一体化效益发展,以“海域突破工程”引领蓝海战略新发现,为保障国家能源安全、实现“双碳”目标做出更大贡献。Since the 14th Five–Year Plan period,in response to challenges such as relatively weak resource foundation and increasingly complex exploration targets,Sinopec has firmly adhered to its main business of oil and gas energy security,focused on increasing resources,reserves,and mining rights,and strengthened exploration efforts to expand and increase oil and gas resources and reserves,achieving multiple strategic breakthroughs and theoretical and technological innovations,which include:(1)The theoretical understanding of hydrocarbon accumulation in ultra-deep marine fault controlled fractures and caves has been developed,discovering the one-billion-ton level Shunbei Oilfield;(2)The theoretical and technological system of shale oil exploration in continental fault basins has been researched,promoting sustained major breakthroughs in shale oil exploration;(3)The theoretical understanding of“dual enrichment”of marine shale gas has been improved,achieving leapfrog development in multi-layer shale gas exploration in Sichuan Basin;(4)The theory of tight clastic reservoir formation and hydrocarbon accumulation has been researched,cultivating multiple fields for large-scale and beneficial reserve increase;(5)The mechanism of CBM occurrence and enrichment has been studied,achieving strategic breakthroughs in deep CBM;(6)Significant breakthroughs have been achieved in the exploration of new sea areas such as Beibuwan Basin.In the future,facing three major development challenges such as reduction of mining rights,theoretical and technological innovation in the“two deep and one unconventional”exploration fields,and great difficulty in beneficial exploration,Sinopec should seize four historical development opportunities including national energy security guarantee,China’s shale oil and gas revolution,green and low-carbon transformation,and digital and intelligent upgrading.The company will focus on five major projects,namely,leading the breakthrough in deep to ultra-deep formations in the central and western regions
