摘  要:目的评估巨噬细胞相关凝集素-1(MDL-1)mRNA表达水平与慢性稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者再住院风险之间的关系,探索MDL-1作为SAP患者早期诊断和风险评估潜在生物标志物的应用价值。方法纳入2021年5月至2022年5月期间在新疆医科大学第一附属医院确诊的109例初发SAP患者(SAP组),并选择100例年龄、性别相匹配的健康对照者(对照组)。通过qRT-PCR和Western Blot测定患者外周血单核细胞(PBMC)中的MDL-1 mRNA及蛋白表达水平,并根据MDL-1 mRNA表达的中位数将患者分为高表达组和低表达组。随访两年,记录患者的再住院情况,采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线、Cox回归及ROC曲线分析MDL-1 mRNA表达水平对再住院风险的预测效能,使用二元Logistic回归分析MDL-1表达与再住院风险的独立相关性。结果MDL-1 mRNA高表达与SAP患者再住院风险显著相关。高表达组的再住院率显著高于低表达组,Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示两组再住院自由率差异显著(P<0.001)。Cox回归分析显示,MDL-1高表达是再住院的独立预测因子(HR=3.002,95%CI 1.781~5.059)。二元Logistic回归分析进一步证实,MDL-1高表达患者的再住院风险显著增加(OR=4.349,95%CI 2.056~9.2013,P<0.011)。此外,本研究还发现高血压是SAP患者再住院的另一显著预测因素(OR=2.9647,95%CI 1.069~8.217,P=0.037)。结论MDL-1 mRNA高表达显著增加了SAP患者的再住院风险,且其表达水平在早期筛查和风险评估中具有潜在应用价值。MDL-1有望成为SAP患者预后评估的重要生物标志物,为高风险患者的个体化治疗提供依据。Objective To evaluate the relationship between macrophage lectin-1(MDL-1)mRNA expression levels and the risk of rehospitalization in patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP),and to explore the potential of MDL-1 as a biomarker for early diagnosis and risk assessment in SAP patients.Methods A total of 109 newly diagnosed SAP patients were recruited from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University between May 2021 and May 2022,alongside 100 age-and sex-matched healthy controls.MDL-1 mRNA and protein expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)were measured using q RT-PCR and Western blot.Based on the median MDL-1 mRNA expression levels,patients were divided into high-expression and low-expression groups.Patients were followed for two years to monitor rehospitalization events.Kaplan-Meier survival curves,Cox regression,and ROC curve analyses were used to assess the predictive value of MDL-1 mRNA expression levels for rehospitalization risk,while binary Logistic regression was employed to determine the independent association between MDL-1 expression and rehospitalization risk.Results High MDL-1 mRNA expression was significantly associated with an increased risk of rehospitalization in SAP patients.The rehospitalization rate was notably higher in the high-expression group compared to the low-expression group.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis revealed a significant difference in rehospitalization-free survival between the two groups(P<0.001).Cox regression analysis identified high MDL-1 expression as an independent predictor of rehospitalization(HR=3.002,95%CI 1.781-5.059).Binary Logistic regression further confirmed that patients with high MDL-1 expression had a significantly increased risk of rehospitalization(OR=4.349,95%CI 2.056-9.2013,P<0.011).In addition,hypertension was found to be another significant predictor of rehospitalization in SAP patients(OR=2.9647,95%CI 1.069-8.217,P=0.037).Conclusion Elevated MDL-1 mRNA expression significantly increases the risk of rehospitalization i
