摘  要:造影剂肾病是给予碘化造影剂后发生的急性肾功能衰竭的复杂综合征,造影剂肾病的发病机制目前尚未完全清楚。构建成功可靠的实验动物模型是研究造影剂肾病的病理生理学机制的基础。大多数动物实验均在注射造影剂前进行了基础性肾损伤,根据其基础肾损伤方法的不同可大致分为以下几种类型:药物性肾损伤、肾切除、缺血再灌注损伤、制备高血压或糖尿病、脱水模型等。选择可重复性高,简便而贴合临床的造模方法尤为重要。Contrast induced nephropathy is a complex syndrome of acute renal failure after injecting iodinated contrast medium.The pathogenesis of contrast-induced nephropathy is not yet fully understood.Constructing a successful and reliable experimental animal model is the basis for studying the pathophysiological mechanism of contrast induced nephropathy.In most animal experiments,basic renal injury was performed before the injection of contrast media.According to the basic renal injury methods,they can be roughly classified into the following types:drug-induced kidney injury,nephrectomy,ischemia-reperfusion injury,established high blood pressure or diabetes and dehydration,etc.It is particularly important to select a reproducible,simple and clinically appropriate modeling method.
