摘　　要：科学合理的移民统计是制定移民政策、参与国际移民交流的重要基础。参照国外较为成熟的移民统计内容,对于完善我国移民统计机制具有重要参考价值。回顾美国与欧盟的移民统计发展史,对比分析各阶段的统计内容与统计目的,对美国与欧盟的现阶段移民统计内容结构进行比较分析,提出构建以国际人口流动、移民社会特征、移民融入、移民安全风险四大基本主题为基础的我国移民统计内容结构。Scientific and reasonable migration statistics are an important basis for formulating migration policies and participating in international migration exchanges.The mature migration statistical content abroad provide significant reference for improving China’s migration statistic mechanism.The history of the development of migra-tion statistics in the United States and the European Union is reviewed to compare and analyze the statistical content and statistical purpose of different periods.Based on the comparative analysis of the current migration statistics structure of the United States and the European Union,this paper proposes drawing on their experience to constructs China’s migration statistics with four basic themes:international population flow,social characteristics of migrants,migrants’integration,and migrants’security risks.
