摘  要:为研究曲线箱梁独柱墩抗倾覆加固,对结构弯扭组合效应和抗倾覆效应进行了机理分析,从空间受力角度出发,提出了圆形独柱墩空间仿真分析的数值分析方法和异型独柱墩桥墩施工工艺的控制要点,并对圆形独柱墩结构形式进行了最不利车道线倾覆设计和施工优化。研究表明,圆形独柱墩优化后的设计施工更趋于合理;异型独柱墩基于Tekla深化建模和现场数据精确测量,能有效保证安装进度;以直代曲加工工艺、钢抱箍分段焊接变形控制技术,以及后扩底锚栓施工技术能有效保证异型双曲面钢盖梁的顺利制作和现场施工。In order to study the anti overturning reinforcement of curved box girder single column piers,a mechanical analysis was conducted on the combined effect of structural bending and torsion and the anti-overturning effect.From the perspective of spatial stress,a numerical analysis method for spatial simulation analysis of circular pier and single-column pier has been proposed,and the construction process control points of irregular single column piers were identified.The structural form of circular single-column piers was designed and optimized for the most unfavorable lane line overturning.Research has shown that the optimized design and construction of circular single column piers tend to be more reasonable,while the special-shaped single column piers can effectively ensure installation progress based on Tekla Deep Modeling and accurate measurement of on-site data.The use of straight-line processing instead of curved,segmented welding deformation control technology for steel hoops,and post-installed bottom anchor bolts can effectively ensure the smooth production and on-site construction of special-shaped hyperbolic steel cover beams.
