摘  要:嘉松公路越江新建工程主桥位于上海市松江区,主桥为三跨自锚式悬索桥,中跨跨径336 m。主桥主墩位于黄浦江两岸,承台采用一次性整体浇筑成型。现以嘉松公路越江新建工程主墩承台工程实施为依托,分析研究了大体积混凝土一次性浇筑施工的过程控制要点,包括施工组织、质量控制等关键环节,为今后类似工程的施工提供了一定的借鉴。The main bridge of the Jiasong Highway Cross-River New Construction Project is located in Songjiang District,Shanghai.The main bridge is a three span self anchored suspension bridge with a mid-span of 336 m.The main pier of the main bridge is located on both sides of the Huangpu River,and the pier cap is formed by one-time integral pouring.Based on the implementation of the main pier cap project of the Jiasong Highway Cross-River New Construction Project,and analyzes the process control points of one-time pouring of large volume concrete for the main pier cap of a self anchored suspension bridge,including key aspects such as construction organization and quality control,providing references for the construction of similar projects in the future.
