替换拱肋胀管修复施工监控技术研究

摘  要:在现代桥梁施工领域,钢管混凝土拱肋的“胀管”现象时有存在,对施工质量和安全构成了严重威胁。现针对系杆拱桥拱肋“胀管”问题,采用等内力拱肋替换法进行修复,重点研究了修复过程中的施工监控技术,并利用Midas Civil软件,对修复方案进行了全面的理论模拟分析,确保了施工方案的科学性和可行性。施工中,通过实时监控主拱肋与替换辅拱支架的应力和变形,确保了施工的安全性和准确性。结果表明,实际监测数据与理论模拟分析高度一致,验证了拱肋修复过程中整桥结构的安全可控。研究成果为类似钢管混凝土拱肋的维修加固提供了技术参考和实践指导,具有重要的工程应用价值。In the field of modern bridge construction,the phenomenon of"tube expansion"of concrete-filled steel tube arch ribs often exists,which poses a serious threat to construction quality and safety.Aiming at the problem of'expansion pipe'of arch rib of tied arch bridge,this paper adopts the replacement method of equal internal force arch rib to repair,focuses on the construction monitoring technology in the repair process,and makes a comprehensive theoretical simulation analysis of the repair scheme by using Midas Civil software,so as to ensure the scientificity and feasibility of the construction scheme.During the construction,the stress and deformation of the main arch rib and the replacement of the auxiliary arch bracket are monitored in real time to ensure the safety and accuracy of the construction.The results show that the actual monitoring data is highly consistent with the theoretical simulation analysis,which verifies that the whole bridge structure is safe and controllable in the process of arch rib repair.The research results provide technical reference and practical guidance for the maintenance and reinforcement of similar concrete-filled steel tube arch ribs,and have important engineering application value.
