摘 要:在分析智慧交管发展现状及问题的基础上,结合城市数字化转型发展要求和公安道路交通管理业务需求,提出一种“以新兴技术为引擎、以业务场景为牵引、以数据驱动为核心”的智慧交管发展思路,从夯实端边设施、强化数据底座和深化数据应用三个关键领域发力,对公安道路交通管理系统进行转型升级。最终设计构建了“端边设施—智慧平台—智慧应用”三层总体架构,并分别阐述了各层级的建设内容,为城市数字化转型背景下的智慧交管建设提供参考。Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of intelligent traffic management development,combined with the requirements of urban digital transformation and the business needs of public security road traffic management,a development concept of"using emerging technologies as engines,business scenarios as traction,and data-driven as the core"is proposed for intelligent traffic management.Efforts are focused in three key areas:strengthening edge facilities,strengthening data bases,and deepening data applications to transform and upgrade the public security road traffic management system.The final design constructs a three-layer overall architecture of"edge facilities-smart platform-smart applications",and elaborated on the construction content of each level,providing reference for the construction of smart traffic management in the context of urban digital transformation.
