摘 要:为解决现阶段改性沥青老化敏感性评价指标与改性剂掺量、原材料质量等因素的相关性不好,与改性沥青实际抗老化性能的相关性较差,无法对改性沥青的质量进行有效甄别的技术难题,通过研究改性沥青在老化前后的微观形貌、黏温性质、黏韧性、流变性质及热性质的变化规律,借助多应力蠕变恢复试验(MSCR)测试结果,评价各指标对改性沥青老化敏感性的相关程度。研究结果表明,黏韧比差与改性沥青老化敏感性之间具有较好的相关性,可作为改性沥青老化敏感性的首选评价指标;针入度比、黏度比差和DSC峰面积比差(氮气气氛)次之;而车辙因子比差及其他常规指标与老化敏感性的相关性较差,不适于评价改性沥青老化敏感性。In order to address the poor correlation between existing aging sensitivity indices for modified asphalt and factors such as modifier dosage,raw material quality,and actual anti aging performance—hindering effective quality discrimination,it is impossible to effectively identify the quality of modified asphalt.In this paper,by evaluates micro-morphology,viscosity-temperature properties,viscosity-toughness,rheological properties and thermal properties of modified asphalt before and after aging,the correlation degree of each index to the aging sensitivity of modified asphalt is evaluated with the help of multi-stress creep recovery test(MSCR)test results.The research results show that there is a good correlation between the poor viscosity-toughness ratio and the aging sensitivity of modified asphalt,which can be used as the preferred evaluation index for the aging sensitivity of modified asphalt,followed by the poor penetration ratio,viscosity ration and DSC peak area ratio(nitrogen atmosphere),while the poor rutting factor ratio and other conventional indexes are not well correlated with the aging sensitivity,while is not suitable for evaluating the aging sensitivity of modified asphalt.
