摘  要:现依托九江二桥钢桥铺装工程,研究了高韧冷拌树脂混合料RAC-13的路用性能,并总结了关键施工工艺,包括钢桥面板喷砂除锈、RBChip防水黏结层施工、混合料摊铺、碾压与复合型树脂罩面施工等关键环节。结果表明:RAC-13具有优良的强度,低温极限破坏应变达3 988με,动稳定度超过20 000次/mm,具有卓越的抗低温开裂性能和抗高温车辙变形能力,600微应变下的疲劳寿命大于100万次,高应变疲劳耐久性优异,不易产生疲劳裂纹。Based on the steel bridge paving project of the Jiujiang Second Bridge,this paper studies the road performance of high-toughness cold-mix resin mixture RAC-13 and summarizes the key construction processes.These include sandblasting and rust removal of the steel bridge deck,construction of the RBChip waterproof bonding layer,mixture paving,rolling,and composite resin surface coating.The results show that RAC-13 has excellent strength,with an ultimate low-temperature failure strain reaching 3988με,dynamic stability exceeding 20000 cycles/mm,and outstanding resistance to low-temperature cracking and high-temperature rutting deformation.Its fatigue life exceeds 1 million cycles under 600 microstrains,demonstrating excellent high-strain fatigue durability and resistance to fatigue cracks.
