摘 要:现选择硅烷偶联剂与胶粉作为改性材料,首先制备3种胶粉改性沥青,胶粉掺量分别占基质沥青质量的15%、20%、25%。在20%胶粉改性沥青的基础上,分别掺入2%、5%、8%的硅烷偶联剂;在15%和25%胶粉改性沥青的基础上,分别掺入5%的硅烷偶联剂。由此,制备3种胶粉改性沥青和5种复合改性沥青。选择万能试验机拉伸试验、动态剪切流变仪剪切试验和原子显微镜试验,分析复合改性沥青在不同温度(5℃、15℃、25℃)和不同老化阶段(未老化、短期老化、长期老化)的界面黏结性能。以抗拉伸和抗剪切断裂能G作为界面黏结性能的评价指标。试验结果表明,硅烷偶联剂能够改善胶粉改性沥青不同温度下的界面黏结性能,同时有助于减缓老化对界面黏结性能的负面影响。原子显微镜试验结果表明,硅烷偶联剂并没有显著提升胶粉改性沥青的微观黏附力,二维形貌图表明其改变了胶粉在沥青中聚集分布状态。Now,silane coupling agent and rubber powder are selected as modified materials.Firstly,three types of rubber powder modified asphalt are prepared,with rubber powder content accounting for 15%,20%,and 25%of the matrix asphalt mass,respectively.On the basis of 20%rubber powder modified asphalt,2%,5%,and 8%silane coupling agents are added respectively;on the basis of 15%and 25%rubber powder modified asphalt,5%silane coupling agent is added respectively.Thus,three types of rubber powder modified asphalt and five types of composite modified asphalt were prepared.Tensile tests(universal testing machine),shear tests(DSR),and atomic force microscopy are used to analyze interfacial bonding performance at different temperatures(5℃,15℃,25℃)and aging stages(unaged,short-term aged,long-term aged).Using tensile and shear fracture energy G as evaluation indicators for interfacial bonding performance.The experimental results indicate that silane coupling agents can improve the interfacial bonding performance of rubber powder modified asphalt at different temperatures,while also helping to mitigate the negative impact of aging on interfacial bonding performance.The results of atomic microscopy experiments showed that silane coupling agents did not significantly improve the micro adhesion of rubber powder modified asphalt.The two-dimensional morphology chart showed that they changed the aggregation and distribution state of rubber powder in asphalt.
