摘 要:近年来,大城市正从增量式的城市扩张向内涵式的城市更新转变。受限于地理区位及路网功能,中心城区的更新工程为城市运行带来了挑战。现针对城市快速路更新工程特点,提出了一种利用综合交通仿真技术和施工期间实测线圈数据来进行综合评价的方法,并以内环更新工程为例,基于仿真结果,筛选出施工期间最优的交通组织方案。通过实测线圈数据对施工期间的交通运行状况进行定量评价,验证了仿真模型在交通组织方案选择中的有效性和实用性,为类似城市更新工程提供了决策的理论依据。In recent years,big cities have been shifting from incremental urban expansion to connotative urban renewal.Due to geographical location and road network functions,the renovation project of the central urban area has brought challenges to the operation of the city.A method is proposed to comprehensively evaluate the characteristics of urban expressway renewal projects using comprehensive traffic simulation technology and measured coil data during construction.Taking the inner ring renewal project as an example,the optimal traffic organization plan during construction is selected based on simulation results.By quantitatively evaluating the traffic operation status during the construction period through measured coil data,the effectiveness and practicality of the simulation model in selecting traffic organization schemes were verified,providing a theoretical basis for decision-making in similar urban renewal projects.
