摘　　要：城市轨道交通车辆段上盖开发具有竖向条件复杂、开发体量大、业态综合等特点,其开发制约因素多、交通规划设计条件复杂,对非机动车交通的规划设计与组织管理提出了更高的要求和更大的挑战。现从分析上盖开发项目的功能要求和交通特征着手,对非机动车交通需求进行了全面剖析,总结了非机动车上盖面临的主要问题,并结合实际案例,提出了应对策略,以保障上盖开发项目中非机动车交通的安全和便捷,可为类似项目提供参考。The development of urban rail transit vehicle depots has the characteristics of complex vertical conditions,large development volume,and comprehensive business formats.Its development is constrained by multiple factors and complex transportation planning and design conditions,which poses higher requirements and greater challenges for the planning,design,and organizational management of non-motorized transportation.Starting from the analysis of the functional requirements and traffic characteristics of the development project,a comprehensive analysis of the demand for non motorized vehicle traffic has been conducted.The main problems faced by non-motorized vehicle covers have been summarized,and corresponding strategies have been proposed based on practical cases to ensure the safety and convenience of non motorized vehicle traffic in the development project.This can provide reference for similar projects.
