摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加速,市政工程作为城市基础设施的重要组成部分,其投资规模日益扩大。如何在保证工程质量的前提下,有效控制工程造价,便成了重要的课题。在此背景下,深入探讨了市政工程管理中工程造价控制的有效途径,提出了加强决策、设计、施工等阶段的造价管理,引入信息技术,提升动态管控水平,加大造价审核力度以及加强合同管理与控制等策略,旨在实现对市政工程造价的合理控制,提高市政工程管理的整体效益。With the acceleration of urbanization,municipal engineering,as an important component of urban infrastructure,is expanding its investment scale.Effectively controlling project costs while ensuring project quality has become an important issue.In this context,this article explores in depth the effective ways of engineering cost control in municipal engineering management,proposes strengthening cost management in decision-making,design,construction and other stages,introduces information technology to enhance dynamic control level,increases cost audit intensity,and strengthens contract management and control strategies,aiming to achieve reasonable control of municipal engineering costs and improve the overall efficiency of municipal engineering management.
