摘　　要：少数民族干部的民族认同和国家认同,是通过政策实施、教育路径、社会关系网络等多重因素共同作用而逐步建构的。特别是在重大历史事件和政策背景下,少数民族干部的职业选择和身份认同不断受社会结构和国家政策影响,少数民族干部在这一过程中逐步建构、深化中华民族共同体意识。少数民族干部在成长中的关键事件成为他们身份认同的转折点。这些转折点不仅影响了少数民族干部的职业轨迹,还促使他们在实际工作中深化了对国家的忠诚与责任感。家庭联结和职业联结在少数民族干部的成长过程中扮演了重要角色,帮助他们在不同生命阶段内化对中华民族共同体的认同感和归属感。今后应加强少数民族地区的教育与就业支持,完善政策的长期实施机制,进一步促进多民族融合,推动中华民族共同体意识深入发展。Ethnic and national identities of ethnic minority cadres are gradually constructed in dynamic changes through the combined effects of multiple factors such as policy implementation,educational path,and social network.Especially in the context of major historical events and policies,ethnic minority cadres’career choices and identity recognition are constantly influenced by social structures and national policies,thus gradually constructing and deepening the sense of community for the Chinese nation.Through qualitative interviews,we can further recognize how key events in the growth of ethnic minority cadres became turning points in their identity.These turning points not only affected their career trajectories,but also prompted them to deepen their loyalty and sense of responsibility to the country in their daily work.Family ties and occupational ties played an important role in the growth of ethnic minority cadres,helping them at different stages of their lives internalize their sense of identity and belonging to the community of the Chinese nation.In the future,we should strengthen education and employment support in ethnic minority areas,improve the long term mechanism to implement policies,so as to further promote multi-ethnic integration and the deepening of the sense of community for the Chinese nation.
