摘　　要：道德建设是中国共产党乡村建设的重要内容和鲜明特色。马克思主义经典作家围绕道德的规范性特质、小农意识、社会化大生产对小农意识的改造以及人的自由全面发展作出一系列重要论述,为中国共产党乡村道德建设提供了重要理论资源。在中国共产党的领导下,中国乡村道德建设历经新民主主义革命时期的艰辛探索,社会主义革命和建设时期的初步发展,改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期的加速发展,新时代以来的全面推进而不断走向深入。面对不同历史时期中国社会主要矛盾,中国共产党紧密结合乡村具体实际和发展需要,始终坚持马克思主义指导地位,始终坚持以人民为中心,始终坚持与时俱进,不断推动乡村道德建设取得新成就,实现新跨越。Improving civic morality is an important content and distinctive feature of the CPC’s rural construction.Classical Marxist writers have made a series of important expositions on the normative qualities of morality,small peasant mentality,the transformation of small peasant mentality by socialized mass production,and the comprehensive and free development of human beings,providing important theoretical resources for the CPC’s improving civic morality in rural areas.Since the founding of the CPC,improving civic morality in rural China under the leadership of the Party has gone through the arduous exploration during the New Democratic Revolution,the initial development during the socialist revolution and construction,the accelerated development during the new period of reform,opening-up and socialist modernization,and the comprehensive advancement since the new era.In the face of the main contradictions in the Chinese society in different historical periods,the CPC has constantly pushed forward new achievements and breakthroughs in improving rural civic morality,through closely combining the specific realities and developmental needs in rural areas and constantly adhering to the guidance of Marxism,the core leadership of the CPC,a people-centered philosophy,and the idea of keeping pace with the times.
