摘　　要：Instructions for Submissions.Manuscripts(7,000 to 12,000 words)should be submitted online at:https://wiley.atyponrex.com/journal/CWE.Submissions must be typed according to the following format:The title page should contain:(i)the title of the paper,(ii)a suggested running head(abbreviated form of title),(ii)the full names of the authors and(iv)their positions at relevant institutions(e.g.Associate Professor).
