摘　　要：介绍了锚杆钻机结构组成,针对锚杆支护全流程工况,设计了一种锚杆钻机集成控制阀组液压系统,从控制原理和控制回路对设计功能进行了阐述,实现了钻机姿态调整、钻孔、搅拌锚固剂、紧固托盘的手动控制功能与自动旋转、自动进给上升、自动进给下降和自动钻孔的自动化控制。现场应用表明,液压系统功能齐全,性能稳定,自动钻孔功能使用方便,提高了锚杆钻机液压控制系统的自动化水平。The structure composition of anchor drilling rig was introduced,a hydraulic system for integrated controll valve group of anchor drilling rig was designed for the whole process of anchor support,the design functions were expounded from the control principle and control loop,and the manual control functions of the attitude adjustment of the drilling rig,drilling,stirring the anchor agent and fastening the tray and the automatic control of automatic rotation,automatic ascending feed,automatic descending feed and automatic drilling were realized.The field application shows that the hydraulic system has complete functions,stable performance and convenient use of automatic drilling function,which improves the automation degree of the hydraulic control system of anchor drilling rig.
