摘  要:掘锚一体机的生产能力和使用寿命与装载部的性能密切相关。基于掘锚一体机的使用场景及性能特点,叙述了装载部的结构参数,并设计了可伸缩式的副铲板机构,以适应全宽装运和退机等不同作业需求,通过更换副铲板也可应用于不同的巷道宽度。分析了星轮和耙爪2种执行机构的优缺点,并对星轮的运动状态进行了分析,计算了满足装载效率的星轮临界转速。The production capacity and service life of the anchor digging integrated machine are closely related to the performance of the loading part.The structural parameters of the loading part were described based on the usage scenarios and performance characteristics of the anchor digging integrated machine.The retractable sub-shovels were designed to meet the requirements of full-width shipping and withdrawal.By replacing the sub-shovels can also be applied to different roadway widths.The advantages and disadvantages of star wheel and rake claw were analyzed,the motion state of star wheel is analyzed,and the critical speed of the star wheel was calculated that meets the load efficiency.
