摘 要:新村煤矿北翼盘区原煤运输压力大,为提高原煤运输效率,采取超长距离带式输送机多点驱动运输技术,通过选型计算,确定输送带型号为ST/S3200-1500,永磁电机型号为TBVF—550/90YC,功率为550 kW。通过安装中部驱动系统及应用偏差耦合控制系统,经模拟及现场工业试验,解决了电机负荷大及功率不平衡问题。出煤期间,带速降至3.9 m/s,约0.05 s后恢复至4 m/s,带式输送机运输效率提升4倍,采掘生产效率提升15%,实现长距离带式输送机安全、平稳运行。There is high transportation pressure of raw coal in north wing area of Xincun coal mine.In order to improve the low efficiency of raw coal transportation,adopted the multi-point drive transportation technology of ultra-long distance belt conveyor.Through selection calculation,the conveyor belt model was determined to be ST/S3200-1500,the permanent magnet motor model is TBVF-550/90YC,and the power is 550 kW.Through the installation of the central drive system and the application of the deviation coupling control system,the problems of large motor load and power imbalance were solved after simulation and field industrial tests.During the coal production period,the belt speed was reduced to 3.9 m/s and recovered to 4 m/s after about 0.05 s.The transportation efficiency of the belt conveyor was increased by 4 times,and the mining production efficiency was increased by 15%.Achieves safe and smooth operation of long distance belt conveyor.
