摘 要:针对陈蛮庄煤矿3602工作面赋存条件和倾斜煤层梯形巷道布置特点,研究了倾斜煤层梯形巷道超前支护变形机理。针对梯形巷道变形特点和变形规律提出两帮非对称加强支护方案,研发了适应40°梯形巷道顶板支护的超前支护装备,形成了40°倾斜煤层梯形巷道超前支护配套模式,满足对具有中等及以上冲击危险区域的采煤工作面安全出口与巷道连接处超前支护范围不得小于120 m的要求。Aiming at the occurrence conditions of 3602 working face in Chenmanzhuang coal mine and the layout characteristics of trapezoidal roadway in inclined coal seam,the deformation mechanism of advanced support of trapezoidal roadway in inclined coal seam was studied.Aiming at the deformation characteristics and deformation law of trapezoidal roadway,the asymmetric reinforcement support scheme of two sides was proposed.The advanced support equipment adapted to the roof support of 40°trapezoidal roadway was developed,and the supporting mode of advanced support of trapezoidal roadway in 40°inclined coal seam was formed,which meets the requirement that the safe exit of coal mining face with medium and above impact danger area and the advanced support range of roadway connection should not be less than 120 m.
