摘  要:基于电牵引采煤机的智能化发展现状及发展趋势,分析了现阶段采煤机数据采集系统的优缺点,提出了一种兼容性高、扩展性强、稳定性高、可移植性强的智能化采煤机数据采集系统。以采集采煤机现有监测、控制状态数据为基础,统计分析智能化采煤机现有传感系统数据,形成整体设计方案,进行核心数据采集模块选型,完成了采煤机数据接入电路设计,优化了现有采煤机数据采集系统,提升了采煤机电控系统的性能,为采煤机进一步的智能化发展打下了基础。Based on the current situation and trend of intelligent development of electric traction shearer,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of current shearer data acquisition system,and put forward an intelligent shearer data acquisition system with high compatibility,strong expansibility,high stability and strong portability.Based on the collection of the existing monitoring and control status data of the shearer,the data of the existing sensing system of the intelligent shearer were statistically analyzed,the overall design scheme was formed,the selection of core data acquisition module was carried out,the data access circuit design of the shearer was completed,the existing shearer data acquisition system was optimized,and the performance of the electrical control system of the shearer was improved.It lays a foundation for the further intelligent development of shearer.
