摘  要:压风空气钻进是碎软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔施工常用的钻进技术,其配套的安全措施主要集中在喷孔防护方面,缺乏对钻孔内部因热量集聚而引起自燃的监测与防护。研制了一种新型基于嵌入式技术的钻孔施工安全防护装置,在钻进过程中对孔口排出的气渣进行采集分离,自动监测、分析气体成分及变化规律,识别、记录钻孔喷孔及自燃。通过调节抽采流量及排渣介质,该装置有效抑制了钻进作业现场瓦斯超限事故的发生,并及时扑灭钻孔自燃。为碎软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔施工提供了一种新型可靠的安全防护设备,有利于提高钻孔施工效率。Pressurized air drilling is a commonly used drilling technology in the construction of gas drainage boreholes in broken soft coal seam.Its supporting safety measures are mainly concentrated in the protection of spray holes,and there is a lack of monitoring and protection of spontaneous combustion accidents caused by heat accumulation inside the borehole.A new safety protection equipment for borehole construction based on embedded technology was developed.During the drilling process,the gas slag discharged from the orifice is collected and separated,and the gas composition and variation law are automatically monitored and analyzed to identify and record the borehole spray hole and spontaneous combustion.By adjusting the drainage flow and slag discharge medium,the equipment effectively inhibits the occurrence of gas overrun accidents at the drilling site,and extinguishes the spontaneous combustion of the borehole in time.It provides a new and reliable safety protection equipment for the construction of gas drainage boreholes in broken soft coal seam,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of borehole construction.
