摘  要:为了向煤矿尘肺病预警提供呼吸性粉尘浓度数据支持,开发了一种呼吸性粉尘浓度监测技术。首先,设计了适用于煤矿环境的监测方案,确保其能精准监测不同浓度的粉尘,并符合行业标准。对前端虚拟冲击分离器进行了设计与验证,以确保其高效分离性能。其次,对自动换向装置和气路管径进行了优化,确保监测单元在不同浓度条件下的灵活切换与稳定运行。通过优化气流管路和流量控制系统,确保了监测的准确性和稳定性。经过工业现场应用验证,研制的呼吸性粉尘浓度传感器具有90d的维护周期,且检测误差小于13.5%。该技术为煤矿尘肺病的早期预警提供了可靠的数据支持,为矿工的健康安全提供了保障。To provide respiratory dust concentration data support for pneumoconiosis early warning in coal mine,a respiratory dust concentration monitoring technology was developed.Firstly,a monitoring solution suitable for coal mine environments was designed to ensure accurate monitoring of different concentration of dust and meeting industry standards.The front-end virtual impact separator was designed and verified to ensure its high separation efficiency.Secondly,the automatic switching device and air pipe diameter were optimized to ensure flexible switching and stable operation of the monitoring unit under different concentration conditions.By optimizing the airflow pipeline and flow control system,the accuracy and stability of the monitoring were ensured.After industrial field application verification,the developed respiratory dust concentration sensor demonstrated 90 d maintenance cycle,with a detection error of less than 13.5%.This technology provides reliable data support for the early warning of pneumoconiosis in coal mine,and guarantees the health and safety of miners.
