摘　　要：介绍了矿用组合盾构机的优势和机载锚杆机的工作原理与性能特点。为实现组合盾构机的高效安全的快速掘进和支护,通过研究支护的生产工艺,设计了满足圆形巷道支护的4台锚杆机,通过合理的布置实现巷道断面的安全支护。通过优化掘锚平行作业的机载锚杆机的液压系统,设计了具有自动开关冲洗水路、应急开关冲洗水路、快速推进和慢速推进的液压回路,该液压系统主要突出了其在机动操作性能的优势。通过在某矿区的工业性试验,验证了该锚杆机液压系统机动操作性能较好,锚杆支护高效、稳定且可靠。Introduced the advantages of mining combined tunnel boring machine and the working principle and performance characteristics of mounted roofbolter.In order to achieve efficient and safe rapid excavation and support of the combination tunnel boring machine,four roofbolters that meet the requirements of circular roadway support were designed by studying the production process of support.The safe support of the roadway section was achieved through reasonable arrangement.By optimizing the hydraulic system of the mounted roofbolter for parallel anchor excavation operations,a hydraulic circuit with automatic switch flushing water circuit,emergency switch flushing water circuit,fast and slow propulsion was designed.The hydraulic system mainly highlights its advantages in maneuverability.After industrial testing in a certain mining area,it was verified that the hydraulic system of the roofbolter has good maneuverability,and the bolt support is efficient,stable and reliable.
