窄巷软底急倾斜横式端头液压支架研究与应用

摘　　要：急倾斜煤层下出口作为工作面压力显现集中区之一,下出口管理对于实现综采具有决定性作用,是急倾斜综采必须解决的一大难题。端头支架作为急倾斜综采成套设备的重要组成部分之一,在解决急倾斜工作面下出口管理问题上起着重要作用,但巷道的各种状况复杂不一,现有设备及技术并不能全面覆盖。对急倾斜采煤工作面、窄运输巷道和松软底板下出口管理技术进行分析研究,优化设计了一种在窄运输巷道、松软底板下顺利前移的急倾斜横式端头液压支架,成功解决了相关技术难题,保证了项目使用单位急倾斜煤层综采高产、安全、高效目标的实现。The lower outlet of steeply inclined coal seam as one of the concentrated areas of working face pressure,plays a decisive role in achieving fully mechanized mining through lower outlet management,which is a major challenge that must be solved in steeply inclined fully mechanized mining.As one of the important components of the steeply inclined fully mining equipment,the end support plays an important role in solving the problem of lower outlet management under the steeply inclined mining face.However,the various conditions of the roadway are complex and varied,and the existing equipment and technology cannot fully cover them.An analysis and research were conducted on the management technology of steeply inclined coal mining face,narrow transportation roadway,and lower outlet under soft floor,and an optimized design of a steeply inclined transverse end hydraulic support was carried out to smoothly move forward under narrow transportation roadway and soft floor.It successfully solves the relevant technical problems and ensures the achievement of the goal of high yield,safety and efficiency in the fully mechanized mining of steeply inclined coal seams by the project user unit.
