摘 要:针对长距离带式输送机的动力学问题,基于输送带Kelvin-Voigt黏弹性微分本构方程建立了带式输送机黏弹性纵向振动动力学方程,利用单自由度有阻尼强迫振动相同的解法求得解析式。通过Belt Analyst软件对带式输送机满载启动工况下影响动张力的因素进行仿真分析,结果表明,运量的增加会增大带式输送机的动张力,可以通过在动张力急剧变化的地方设置合适的张紧方式、适当增加启动时间和选择弹性模量较大的输送带来减小动张力,选择能承受住输送机最大动张力的最小型号输送带,减小输送成本,达到最大的经济效益。Aiming at the dynamic issues of long distance belt conveyor,the viscoelastic longitudinal vibration dynamic equation of a belt conveyor was established based on the Kelvin-Voigt viscoelastic differential constitutive equation of the conveyor belt.By utilizing the same solution for damped forced vibration with single degree of freedom,an analytical formula was derived.Through simulation and analysis using Belt Analyst software,the factors influencing the dynamic tension of a fully loaded belt conveyor during start-up were examined.The results show that increase in traffic volume will increase dynamic tension of belt conveyor.By setting suitable tension methods in areas where the dynamic tension changes sharply,increasing starting time appropriately and selecting a conveyor belt with a large elastic modulus,reduces the dynamic tension,selects the smallest type of conveyor belt that can withstand the maximum dynamic tension of the conveyor to reduce conveying costs,and achieve maximum economic benefits.
