摘  要:为了满足轨道机车智能管理发展需求,研究一种矿井轨道机车精确定位系统及方法,采用UWB精确定位技术、RFID无线通信技术和三轴传感器,设计了主、从2种定位卡,主定位卡安装在车头,从定位卡安装在车厢。通过分析三轴传感器的X轴、Y轴和Z轴寄存器数据,判断出机车的当前运动状态:静止或移动。根据运动状态自动适配“分离式”精确定位或“整体式”精确定位。试验分析表明,该方法能够充分降低从定位卡的平均功耗,延长电池的工作时间,“整体式”精确定位能够避免车头和车厢定位偏差问题,为轨道机车定位提供了一种高可靠管理方法。In order to meet the development needs of intelligent management of rail locomotive,a precise positioning system and method of mine rail locomotive were studied.UWB precise positioning technology,RFID wireless communication technology and three-axis sensor are used to design two types of positioning cards,main and slave.The main positioning card is installed in the iocomotive and the slave positioning card is installed in the carriage.By analyzing the X-axis,Y-axis and Z-axis register data of the three-axis sensor,the current motion state of the locomotive is determined:stationary or moving.According to the motion state,automatic adaptation of"separate"precise positioning or"integral"precise positioning.The experimental analysis shows that this method can fully reduce the average power consumption of the positioning card,extend the working time of the battery.The"integral"accurate positioning can avoid the positioning deviation of the incomotive and the carriage,and provide a highly reliable management method for the positioning of railway locomotive.
