摘  要:针对某煤矿综采工作面采煤机在作业过程中产生的高浓度粉尘问题,设计并优化了采煤机喷雾降尘装置。通过理论分析和现场测试,提出了一种基于内外喷雾结合的多角度、多方向螺旋喷嘴布置方案,有效提升了降尘效果。现场测试结果表明,优化后的装置显著降低了粉尘浓度。相比优化前,全尘浓度和呼吸性粉尘浓度分别降低了72.1%和86.3%,尤其在粉尘高浓度区域表现尤为突出。优化后的喷雾降尘装置不仅改善了作业环境,提升了工人的健康与安全,还显著减少了水资源的消耗,展现出良好的经济效益和广阔的应用前景。In view of the problem of the high concentration of dust generated during the operation of the shearer in the fully mechanized mining face at a coal mine,a spray dust reduction device for the shearer was designed and optimized.Through theoretical analysis and field tests,a multi-angle,multi-directional spiral nozzle arrangement scheme based on a combination of internal and external spraying was proposed,which significantly enhanced the dust reduction effect.Field test results show that the optimized device dramatically reduces dust concentration.Compared to the pre-optimization phase,the total dust concentration and respirable dust concentration decreases by 72.1%and 86.3%,respectively,with the most pronounced improvement in high-dust concentration areas.The optimized spray dust reduction device not only improves the working environment and enhanced worker health and safety,but also significantly reduces water consumption,demonstrating excellent economic benefits and wide application prospects.
