钻井液振动筛筛箱动态特性研究及疲劳寿命优化

摘  要:研究了煤矿用双层钻井液振动筛筛箱的动态特性和疲劳寿命。通过模态分析得到了其前6阶固有频率,其中最接近振动筛工作频率的固有频率为33.7Hz,与工作频率相比偏差为98%,在工作频率下筛箱不会发生共振;对筛箱进行了应力寿命分析,针对弹簧支座、横梁处和激振器支架等寿命不足位置进行了改进。改进后的筛箱结构最低寿命为14.9a,最大激振力下筛箱最大应力为42MPa,满足设计要求。The dynamic characteristics and fatigue life of double-layer drilling fluid vibrating screen box for coal mine were studied.Through modal analysis,the first six natural frequencies were obtained,the natural frequency closest to the working frequency of the vibrating screen is 33.7 Hz,the deviation from the working frequency is 98%,and the screen box will not resonate at the working frequency;the stress life analysis of the screen box was carried out,and the insufficient life positions such as spring support,beam and exciter support were improved.The minimum life of the improved screen box structure is 14.9 years,and the maximum stress of the screen box under the maximum excitation force is 42 MPa,which meet the design requirements.
