摘 要:地质探放水是煤矿开采作业前一项重要工作,对保证煤矿工作面生产安全具有重要作用,为此提出全自动钻机在煤矿地质探放水中的应用。根据煤矿地质探放水需求选择全自动钻机搭配泥浆泵;在工作面的顺槽呈扇形布设钻孔,并且设计钻孔参数;利用全自动钻机在布设的孔位上钻孔,对孔内水进行测量和排放,实现基于全自动钻机的地质探放水。通过应用实例,地质探放水后工作面顶板水压得到了有效的降低,并且在安全范围内,探放水效果良好。The water exploring and draining is an important task before coal mining operations,which plays an important role in ensuring the production safety of coal mine working faces.Therefore,the application of fully automatic drilling rig in coal water exploring and draining was proposed.According to the demand for coal mine water exploring and draining,a fully automatic drilling rig was selected with a mud pump.The fan-shaped holes were arranged in roadways of the working face,and drilling parameters were designed.The fully automatic drilling rig was used to drill holes at the arranged positions,measured and discharged the water inside the holes,and achieved geology water exploring and draining based on the fully automatic drilling rig.Through application practical,the water pressure on the working face roof has been effectively reduced within a safe range after geology water exploring and draining,and the result of the water exploring and draining is good.
