摘  要:针对含向斜大倾角工作面开采过程中存在的液压支架咬架、挤架、刮板输送机机尾下滑、拉煤效果差等问题,通过采用调伪斜开采布置、向斜轴底部截顶丢煤开采方式、机头起底、机尾倾斜布置等措施,并优化综采设备选型以提高综采设备对复杂条件工作面的适应性,保证了工作面安全高效开采,提高了资源回收率,取得了良好的使用效果,为类似地质条件下煤层开采提供借鉴经验。In view of the problems existing in the mining of the large inclined face with syncline,such as the hydraulic support squeezing,the scraper conveyor tail sliding,and the poor coal pulling effect,adopted the measures of adjusting the false inclined mining layout,the top cutting and coal dropping mining method at the bottom of the syncline shaft,the head lifting and the tail tilting layout,and optimized the selection of the fully mechanized mining equipment,so as to improve the adaptability of the fully mechanized mining equipment to the working face with complex conditions.It ensures the safe and efficient mining of the working face,improves the resource recovery rate,and achieves good application results,which provides reference experience for coal mining under similar geological conditions.
