摘  要:为进一步提升煤矿智能化工作面管理水平、促进先进智能技术在安全生产中的应用,将数字孪生技术与采掘工作面全流程重点环节中人员、装备等相结合,将多种功能传感器安装在重要节点上采集特定异常信息,并将采掘作业现场以数据形式模拟构建环境模型,达到物理装备与虚拟环境的交互融合,借助5G、大数据和人工智能等先进技术,确保了装备生产的真实状态能够被传感器实时采集、反馈,由操作人员和安全监控人员直观掌握和分析,从而判断人员和装备的安全状态,减少管理盲区的事故发生,有效提升安全管理效果。In order to further improve the management level of intelligent working face in coal mine and promote the application of advanced intelligent technology in safe production,digital twin technology was combined with personnel and equipment in key links of the whole process of mining face,and multiple functional sensors were installed on key link nodes to collect specific abnormal information.In addition,the mining operation site was simulated to build an environmental model in the form of data,so as to achieve the interactive integration of physical equipment and virtual environment.With the help of advanced technologies such as 5G,big data and artificial intelligence,the real state of equipment production can be collected and feedback by sensors in real time,and the operators and safety monitoring personnel can intuitively grasp and analyze,so as to judge the safety state of personnel and equipment,which reduces the occurrence of accidents in management blind areas,and effectively improve the safety management effect.
