摘 要:为了提高煤矿井下带式输送机煤流运输的均衡性及调速系统的响应特性,首先确定了基于激光雷达煤流监测的带式输送机调速系统结构,利用激光雷达对带式输送机上的煤流进行实时扫描计算,并设计了自抗扰永磁同步电机矢量控制器。根据控制策略和控制器数学模型,在Simulink上搭建了带式输送机调速系统的仿真模型。仿真分析表明,该系统具有良好的响应特性、控制精度和抗干扰能力。In order to improve the balance of coal flow transportation on the belt conveyor in coal mine and the response characteristics of the speed regulation system,the structure of the belt conveyor speed control system based on laser radar coal flow monitoring was first determined.The laser radar was used to scan and calculate the coal flow on the belt conveyor in real time,and the active disturbance rejection permanent magnet synchronous motor vector controller was designed.According to the control strategy and the mathematical model of the controller,the simulation model of the belt conveyor speed regulation system was built on Simulink.The simulation analysis shows that this system has good response characteristics,control accuracy and anti-interference ability.
