摘 要:煤矿带式输送机的煤流量实时监控对保障安全生产和优化运行效率具有重要意义,然而传统的煤流量监测方法存在精度不高、实时性差及维护成本高等问题。提出了一种基于机器视觉的带式输送机煤流量检测系统。利用高分辨率工业相机采集煤体图像,经过去噪及增强处理后,应用背景减除技术和Canny边缘检测算法对煤体进行识别和分割,进而根据煤体轮廓计算煤体体积和煤流量。现场试验结果表明:在不同运行速度及煤体粒度条件下,该系统的检测误差均低于2%,显示出较高的准确性和良好的适应性。研究成果可为采煤自动化及煤矿安全生产提供一定的借鉴。The real-time monitoring of the coal flow on belt conveyor in coal mine is crucial for ensuring safe production and optimizing operational efficiency.However,traditional methods of coal flow monitoring has the problems of low accuracy,poor real-time performance and high maintenance costs.Proposed a coal flow detection system of belt conveyor based on machine vision.High-resolution industrial cameras are used to capture images of the coal.After noise reduction and enhancement processing,background subtraction and the Canny edge detection algorithm are applied to identify and segment the coal.Subsequently,the coal volume and flow rate are calculated based on the coal contours.Field test results indicate that under various operating speeds and coal particle sizes,the system detection error is less than 2%,and displays high accuracy and good adaptability.The research results can provide valuable insights for the coal mining automation and mine safety production.
