摘 要:传统公共服务设施规划中,人口数据的获取依赖政府公开数据或人工实地采集,存在数据更新缓慢、实时性不足的问题,难以满足城市动态发展的需求,同时也缺乏有效的公共服务设施服务能力评估方法。本研究采用多源互联网数据进行人群流动统计与画像构建,结合高精度路网数据和等时圈算法精确计算设施服务范围和覆盖人口。通过将人口网格和等时圈算法结合,实现公共服务设施的服务人口、设施负荷及设施布设合理性的精确监测与评估,提供优化布局建议,为科学规划与管理提供有力支持。In traditional public service facility planning,the acquisition of population data relies on government-released data or manual field collection,leading to issues of slow data updates and insufficient real-time capabilities,and makes it difficult to meet the needs of dynamic urban development and lacks effective evaluation methods for the service capacity of public service facilities.This paper employs multi-source internet data for crowd flow statistics and portrait construction,combined with high-precision road network data and isochrone algorithms to accurately calculate the service scope of facilities and the covered population.By integrating population grids and isochrone algorithms,precise monitoring and evaluation of the service population,facility load,and rationality of facility layout for public service facilities can be achieved.This paper provides suggestions for optimizing layout and offers strong support for scientific planning and management.
