摘　　要：目的:汉化炎症性肠病控制问卷(IBD-Control Questionnaire,IBD-CQ),对其IBD-Control-8评分部分进行信效度检验。方法:根据Brislin翻译模型对IBD-CQ进行汉化。对334例炎症性肠病病人进行调查验证问卷信效度。结果:中文版IBD-CQ包括13个条目和视觉模拟量表(IBD-VAS),评分基于治疗领域和健康相关生活质量2个维度,共8个条目构成IBD-Control-8评分。问卷条目水平的内容效度指数为0.86~1.00,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.97。探索性因子分析共提取2个公因子,累计方差贡献率为66.936%;效标效度分析结果显示IBD-Control-8评分与炎症性肠病生存质量问卷(IBDQ)评分存在正相关关系(r=0.71,P<0.001)。IBD-Control-8评分的Cronbach's α系数为0.894,各维度的Cronbach's α系数为0.836~0.950,折半信度系数为0.857,重测信度系数为0.849。结论:中文版IBD-CQ信效度良好,可作为评估炎症性肠病病人的主观疾病控制感觉和治疗结果的评估工具。Objective:To translate the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Control Questionnaire(IBD-CQ) into Chinese,and to test thereliability and validity of the IBD-Control-8 score.Methods:The IBD-CQ was translated into Chinese according to the Brislin translationmodel.A total of 334 patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) were investigated to verify the reliability and validity of thequestionnaire.Results:The Chinese version of the IBD-CQ consists of 13 items.A visual analogue scale(IBD-VAS),with scores based ontwo dimensions of therapeutic domains and health-related quality of life,and a total of eight items constituted the IBD-Control-8 score.The item level content validity index of the scale was 0.86-1.00.The overall consistency content validity index was 0.97.Exploratoryfactor analysis extracted two common factors with a cumulative variance contribution of 66.936%.Calibration validity analysis showed asignificant positive correlation between the IBD-Control-8 scores and the IBDQ scores(r=0.71,P<0.001).The Cronbach's α coefficientfor the IBD-Control-8 scores was 0.894.Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the dimensions ranged from 0.836 to 0.950.The foldingcoefficient was 0.857.And the retest reliability coefficient was 0.849.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the IBD-CQ has good reliabilityand validity.It could be used as an assessment tool for evaluating subjective perceptions of disease control and treatment outcomes forpatients with inflammatory bowel disease.
