摘　　要：目的:对标准预防行为依从性影响因素量表(FIASPS)进行汉化及信效度检验,为医护人员提供一种可信的评估工具。方法:对FIASPS进行正译、回译和文化调适,形成中文版FIASPS。于2023年11月—12月,对在深圳市和洛阳市3所三级综合医院的380名注册护士调查检验量表信效度。结果:中文版FIASPS包括5个维度,共29个条目,量表全体一致内容效度指数(S-CVI/UA)为0.958,条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.800~1.000;经探索性因子分析,提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率67.971%;总量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.854,5个维度Cronbach's α系数为0.812~0.925。量表的重测信度为0.964,折半信度为0.899。结论:中文版FIASPS具有良好的信效度,适用于测评我国注册护士标准预防行为依从性影响因素。Objective:To translate the Factors Influencing Adherence to Standard Precautions Scale(FIASPS) into Chinese and to testthe reliability and validity of it,and to provide a reliable assessment tool for medical staff.Methods:The Chinese version of FIASPS wasformed through translation,to back translation and cultural adaptation.From November to December 2023,the reliability and validity ofthe scale were tested among 380 registered nurses from three tertiary general hospitals in Shenzhen and Luoyang city.Results:TheChinese version of FIAPSP includes 5 dimensions and a total of 29 items.The overall consistency content validity index(S-CVI/UA) ofthe scale was 0.958.And the item level content validity index(I-CVI) was 0.800-1.000.Through exploratory factor analysis,5 commonfactors were extracted with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 67.971%.The total Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the scale was0.854.And the Cronbach's alpha coefficients of the five dimensions were 0.812-0.925.The test-retest reliability of the scale was 0.964.And the half fold reliability was 0.899.Conclusion:The Chinese version of FIASPS has nice reliability and validity and is suitable for RNin China.
